Our Impact Areas

Creating Change Across Communities

A.P.A.M. Haiti

Strengthening Food Security Through Agriculture

Many farming families face ongoing challenges related to food insecurity, limited resources, and environmental vulnerability.

Through A.P.A.M., communities work together to strengthen agricultural knowledge, improve farming practices, and build more sustainable livelihoods.

What We Do

  • Agricultural education and support

  • Community collaboration initiatives

  • Sustainable farming practices

Impact Highlights

  • 102 farming families engaged

  • Increased access to agricultural resources

  • Greater community resilience

Goat Raising Program

The Gift That Keeps Giving

Following Hurricane Matthew, families needed more than emergency relief, they needed opportunities to rebuild.

What began with eight goats has grown into a community-led model supporting nutrition, household income, and economic resilience.

What We Do

  • Livestock distribution

  • Veterinary support

  • Farmer education

Impact Highlights

  • 90+ goats in circulation

  • Increased household income opportunities

  • Reduced reliance on external aid

Before the goat program, we had no reliable income after the hurricane took everything. Now I can pay my children's school fees from the milk we sell each week.

Empowering Youth Through Culture and Learning

Young people thrive when they have opportunities to explore their heritage, develop leadership skills, and build meaningful connections within their communities.

The Summer Camp program combines cultural education, wellness activities, and intergenerational learning experiences.

  • Wellness activities

  • Leadership development

  • Creative expression

Impact Highlights

  • 30–50 youth participants annually
